Promotional Waiver Conditions
Clients participating in the free website promotion are subject to a 12-month minimum commitment to the maintenance plan. Should the maintenance plan be cancelled prior to the fulfillment of this one-year term, the conditionally waived $400 development fee shall become immediately due and payable. Full remittance of this fee is required prior to the release and transfer of ownership of the website's source code.
